Warning for owners of annual passes
A single annual pass is valid only for one entry of the designated group (=one checkbox) within one day. It is therefore not possible to use it for the entry of multiple groups (for example two families) on a single annual pass.
A 50% discount on admission
applies when entering one hour before closing time.
Additional information
We accept euros and debit/credit cards
At the ticket offices we accept only euro banknotes in denominations of 5, 10 and 20 €. Payments can also be made by cards. In the buffet you can pay only in Czech crowns (CZK) and by debit/credit cards.
Family pass discounts
Throughout the year and without limitation upon presenting a family pass, we provide a 10% discount on admission (family passes cannot be combined with family admission).
Loss of annual pass
In the event of loss of an annual pass, we do not issue a duplicate.
Feeding
At the ticket office you can buy feed for selected animals. With regard to the need to comply with the total daily feed intake for animals, feed sales are limited.
Events for the public
If an event for the public is taking place at the zoo, the admission rules for that day may be adjusted.
